		<description>Did you set the pendulum in motion?  It won&#039;t run until you do that.  The other possibility is that you wound it too tightly..try getting the pendulum moving on its own (it may stop a few times before it loosens up enough to work on its own).  Other than that, its back to the repairman.</description>
